Tenth & College offers Studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floor plans with an ideal 1-to-1 bed-to-bath ratio – some residencies even include an additional ½  bath for guests. All second and third floor apartments feature private balconies overlooking a European-style plaza or colorful neighboring cottages.

Each apartment is fully applianced with electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and in-unit washer and dryer. Select residences feature an electric fireplace, adding warmth and character to the space. Tenth & College is a pet-friendly community, allowing 1 cat or small dog in our 1st floor apartments.
