Championship Season at Cedarview: Community, Amenities, and Hoosier Football Spirit

This past undefeated Hoosier football season brought more than a championship victory and exciting moments on the field; it brought the Cedarview community together to celebrate one of Bloomington’s favorite traditions. Throughout the championship season, residents gathered for our Breakfast Club Tailgates before home games. Mornings started with sizzling bacon, eggs, and pancakes fresh off the griddle alongside hot coffee and plenty of Hoosier spirit. Located right off the tailgate field, the space offered room to relax, play cornhole, and connect with neighbors before heading into the stadium.

When the Hoosiers were on the road, the excitement continued with away game watch parties hosted in the Tenth and College clubhouse. Residents enjoyed free food, a refreshing lemonade bar, fresh popcorn, and plenty of friendly competition around the pool table and ping pong tables. With the game streaming across five TVs and raffles throughout the event, the clubhouse became the perfect place to gather, cheer, and celebrate every big play together.

At Cedarview, community is just as important as the places we live. From game day traditions to everyday amenities designed for connection, our communities offer residents spaces to gather, relax, and celebrate the moments that make Bloomington special. Live with Cedarview and experience the community, events, and amenities that make every season feel like home!
